Couples Intensives
A structured, focused process designed to create clarity and real progress in a shorter period of time.
Intensive Couples Therapy is different from weekly sessions. Instead of spreading the work out over time, we dedicate focused time to understanding what’s happening in your relationship in very specific areas and actively work toward change.
Before we meet, you’ll complete a brief intake process to help me understand your relationship history, greatest concerns and goals. This allows us to use our time efficiently and focus on what matters most.
During the intensive, we’ll move between guided conversation, skill-building, and structured interventions based on the Gottman Method. The goal is not just to talk — it’s to create change.
How the Process Works
